• Developed agile processes, taught project management methods, and built analytics models & dashboards with Excel, PowerPivot and PowerBI for investment professionals

• Consulted a with several small businesses on project and portfolio management best practices and implementation templates

• Volunteering in the states, pursuing volunteer activities in Puerto Rico and/or South America

• Language exchange (Spanish to English) with a doctor from Venezuela virtually

• Developing and managing the development of several websites for small business or individuals who may not have the time, experience or capital (normally as free engagements)

• Developing and managing an app idea to aggregate inspirational content for distribution to others via Twitter, Discord and custom app development

• Learning Spanish (currently at B1) and re-starting German lessons (B1/B2 level)

• Planning two additional certification through Spring 2022 for continuous learning

• Became a certified Open Water scuba diver in Puerto Rico

• Spending time with family I haven't seen in a while and being in nature!

• Project Lead for SAP Retail and Warehouse implementations

• Project Lead in the PMO, responsible for defining milestones across all departments (IT and non IT projects) for the launch of the first Lidl US stores in June 2017

• Project lead for End2End testing between the HQ, 2 warehouses and 15 initial stores in preparation for store launches in summer of 2017

• Project Lead for Brexit, the UK's exit from the European union; SAP Wholesale implementation, managing 6 sub project teams, and included standing up a new business unit in the UK to handle hundreds of thousands of new customs declarations via systems

• Developed business cases and project proposals for e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, purchasing, IT and analytics related projects

• Transitioned out of Lidl and onboarded a replacement after deciding it was time to pursue new challenges and opportunities in the world
